When I was a kid, I collected autographs, but in later years, whenever I interviewed a radio star for my “Those Were The Days” program I didn’t ask for an autograph or even a photo. I had something even better: a one-on-one interview on tape. However, I did occasionally find myself (and often with my wife Ellen) in front of the camera with people I admired.
