Free-lance New York actor and announcer who worked on a great many of the East Coast shows, including Gangbusters, Big Town, Road of Life and David Harum. After the Chicago-originated Ma Perkins series moved to New York, he was a member of that cast for five years and appeared on the final broadcast in 1960. Our conversation took place poolside at the Sportsmen’s Lodge in Studio City, California prior to a meeting of the Pacific Pioneer Broadcasters.
