The star of radio’s First Nighter and so many other shows during broadcasting’s heyday visited Chicago to see the Museum of Broadcast Communications to talk about his radio years in the Windy City. He was born December 28, 1909 and was 79 when we reminisced. He died February 1, 1994 at age 85. Note: This is a separate conversation than the one with Olan and Barbara Luddy on February 17, 1975.
