PRESIDENT FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT (2-12-43) FDR and members of the press celebrate Lincoln Day at the 20th annual dinner of the White House Correspondents Association. This is FDR’s first radio address since returning from his historic Casablanca conference with Prime Minister Winston Churchill and WW II allied high commanders.
