Jack Brown

He was the president of the Pacific Pioneer Broadcasters, where, over the years, we had the opportunity to interview many performers from the great radio days. He began his career as a radio actor in New York on a number of local dramatic programs and, during World War II became an announcer on the Armed Forces station in the Philippines where he was stationed. After the war and throughout his long career, he worked with the Armed Forces Radio Service, ultimately becoming Director of Programming for the network.
