Writer of Bing Crosby’s Kraft Music Hall for ten years, he also wrote programs and dialog for Frank Sinatra, Burns and Allen, Eddie Cantor, Al Jolson, W. C. Fields and Bob Hope.  He was born April 11, 1902 and was 72 when we visited him in his home in Hollywood, California.  He died February 5, 1991 at age 88.
