  1. Had the priviledge of working with Virginia Gregg on radio series, years, years ago.

Shortly before, she and i were to start recording, noticed her sobbing in the hallway and i went over and asked her what was the matter and then she smiled and said “Oh nothing, I am just rehearsing my lines?.”

Incredible talent of an actress and unforgetable.

  2. I enjoyed the interview. Virginia Gregg is very polished and mannerly. I
admire women of her generation because I value more their values that I
wished carried over to our generation. I have enjoyed seeing her in many
    other shows.

  3. What a treat to hear Virginia Gregg on “Richard Diamond” (such wonderful lines!) and in your interview 36 years later. She was an amazing, incredibly versatile actress. I was a little girl when I first saw her in “Dragnet 1968” and loved the range of characters she played, a craft she honed in her radio days. Despite her modest self-assessment of her fame, she was one of the finest performers of her era. Did she ever receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame? For everything she did in music, radio, film and television, she certainly deserved one.
