I was born in the early 60’s, so I wasn’t introduced to the Jack Benny show until 50 years later, through XM’s Radio Classics.I absolutely love the show and Don Wilson was such a lovable character, on and off the air.

Don Wilson appeared in Niagara as the sales manager of a breakfast cereal (Shredded Wheat) who welcomes the young couple on their trip to Niagara Falls for winning a sales contest. He also did the voice on the children’s record, the Story of Little Toot.

I am now 74 and so I missed for the most part hearing Jack, Don, etc. on their original radio programs. Thank heaven for Radio Spirits. The programs that I seem to enjoy the most are the ones that have presented the shows version of noted movies such as Snow White. Thanks for the memories.
